We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man. We do not deliver outside the UK at this time.

Can You Deliver to Me at Home?

Yes. We deliver to all UK addresses, so we can deliver directly to you or your team at home. Our standard delivery terms apply. If you have people working remotely, you can add multiple delivery addresses to your account. For assistance, please call 0800 024 6111.

Large & Heavy Items

Furniture, notice boards, and safes usually follow standard delivery. Hard-to-reach locations may incur a small additional charge due to increased courier costs.

Hard-to-Reach Areas

Delivery to hard-to-reach areas may take a little longer, typically 2–3 extra days. This applies if your postcode falls into one of the following:

AB2-3, AB9-10, AB12-16, AB21-25, AB30-39, AB41-56, BT1-99, DD2-9, FK17-99, GY1-10, HS1-9, IM1-9, IV1-28, IV30-56, IV63, JE1-5, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-49, PA60-80, PH1, PH3- PH50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE1-3

Furniture Delivery

Furniture is delivered from a separate warehouse and will arrive separately from other items in your order.

• Our furniture courier will contact you within 5 days of your order to arrange a suitable delivery date.
• Delivery is by lorry or small van with a 2-person team.
• As standard, furniture is delivered to the ground floor, or if on a pallet, to the curbside.
• Delivery to a room of your choice is available for an additional cost—please contact us to arrange.

Delivery Timescales for Large Quantities or Bulky Items

Currently, 93% of orders are delivered within 1 working day to most UK addresses. Please note that large volume deliveries (e.g., pallets of water or heavy/bulky items) might take an extra day to arrive. Next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed at this time.
